Thanks for the update!

I added the Self Stationary Aircraft entries and I get this message after a 70% CTD:

I can't help you with the CTDs. But here is a list of German sea plane numbers for skinners. Just follow the URL.

Thank you, you can call me David. I'm eager to get back to Jeonju, Korea to retrieve my PC from where I stored it in 2012. I hope it's still there. If it still works, I'll start posting missions and campaigns. If it doesn't, I'll get a second hand one.

cheers

Hi, Mr. Kant, do you ask me about new wishes and suggestions - I'm a incorrigible man, I guess ;) - the upper wing of Fokker DII don't require little atention ?  I'm fascinated with the development of DBW 1916 and I can not quit seeing things to improve it. I hope not boring you because it was never my intention nor will .

Cheers

Dear Kant!

Thanks for all the new planes you're giving us to fill the WWI skies!

Since the Albatros D family are my favourite and now we have about all of them!

Sinc I usually buy a model kit of every plane we have in our sim , right now I was looking at Roden on-line shop for the early versions!

About this situation can I ask if you plan to realize also the D.II in the future?

I like to specify that I'm not requesting the D.II , I'm only asking for a simple information for the upcoming kits order!

:)

Thanks in advance for your reply!

All the very best!

The difference is slight. This is what Wikipedia has to say:

A total of 50 pre-series and series D.I aircraft were in service by November 1916, replacing the early Fokker and Halberstadt D types, giving real "teeth" to the Luftstreitkräfte's new Jagdstaffeln (fighter squadrons). Further production of D.Is was not undertaken, however; instead, a reduction in the gap between the top and bottom planes in order to improve the pilot's forward and upward vision resulted in the otherwise identical Albatros D.II,[1] which became Albatros' first major production fighter.

Sorry to repeat , I'm not requesting , I'm only asking before send my order to Roden on-line shop!

So no problem for me about doing or not the D.II

I agree that the main difference between both is the upper wing which is 25cm lower and with a new central struts , but also a different production number (50 D.I vs 200 D.II) that give it a longer experience in front line services up to the end of 1917!

Anyway lowering the upper wing and adding a carriage to the W.IV 'll give a pretty good D.II....

In accordance with Wikipédia the albatros DII had at least 14 inches - 35,56 centimeters - in high relative to the upper wing  of DI model . Rearrangement of the cabane struts also improved forward view . In the late production planes, the  radiators were also changed by the same model of following DIII series - Teves and Braun Airfoil shape - positioned in the center section of the upper wing  . I hope the information is useful .

Cheers
