Just had another look at this - would anyone like a small update/new loadouts etc?

of course but first of all, can you make a separate engine start?  In this version only the AI can start the engines.

Nope - see earlier posts.

Edit: do you mean you can't start the aircraft at all? If so, which version of IL-2 are you running?

I'm running it on DBW 1.71 (4.101)   ,Other people said that they start engines with AI then turn off the AI and after that they can fly.

Ok, i'll take a look - but I can't promise it's solveable; if I de-couple the engines, you'll get a huge torque that'll make the plane uncontrolable.

Are there any other things people would like to see? Gun turrets, new weapons etc?

ok I understand, I'm glad that you try to solve the problem! Thank you! If the de-couple makes the aircraft uncontrollable, then let it be. I think the aircrafts engines wouldn't be able to work as an one engined aircraft , If you know what I mean.

For  the weapons, the only thing what i can suggest is some homing X-4 and X-7 rockets... and maybe more bomb loadouts for the recon version, some german cluster bombs .... :)

Thank you for updating this mod :)

I hope you didn't stop creating new Special or What if airplanes!!  ;)

hello, Matt!

Thanks for this beautiful yet unique Aircraft,

I think that more new weapons would be nice addition to the Ki-177, such as Gunpods (like the N1K1-J) or Schrage Musik for Night Fighting Ops, relating to the "Enviroment" of the Ki-177's Era, Japan 1946  :D

for gun Turrets, uhm.... i'm not expecting to see Japanese Weird version of the Boulton Paul Defiant  :P

cheers!  ;D

Thanks - i'll have a look into that; as for turrets, is no one interested in any for the bomber version? Perhaps a chin turret for strafing?

Oooohhh, I could get behind that idea.

Maybe you could try to implement the X-4H rockets from this mod as well: http://freeil2modding.free-forum.net/j7w-modpack-4-12-2m-4-10-1m-vt1617.html

Just a thought......

This is just a video to show that what you shoot doesn't always fly to the target
