New Music Option
« on: November 30, 2013, 03:30:35 AM »

Hi this little mod adds a new folder in the Samples/Music folder, the files in this folder will play only when you touchdown after your mission. Takeoff and Inflight folders operate as normal.

Created in HSFX 6.17 !

Celebrate your victorious return home with some suitably rousing music!

File structure as per download - Mod in MODS folder and 'Landing' folder in Samples/Music. Sample music included, you can change this to whatever music you like (as long as it follows file convention for IL2 music).

Hope you enjoy

Regards,

That's awesome, I've wanted to have different landing music for ages.

Are there any other things that could be made to trigger music, such as a triumphant flourish when you destroy an enemy, or something intense when your engine goes on fire and you try to land your stricken aircraft and save the crew?

I'm not requesting these, I'm merely interested in what sorts of thing IL-2 could "recognise" for music.

Adambegg,

Thanks. Been trying to achieve exactly that but it's proving difficult...
