Searchlights beam visibility

Hello, excuse my bad English, please

My problem is that I have never gotten the searchlights beams as visible as in the old 4.09. In 4.10 and 4.12 look like points of light on the ground until the beam comes suddenly. I tested and found that in HSFX 4.09 the beams are visible from distances of at least 10-15 km. In 4.10 / 4.12 this distance reaches 3 km This prevents the nice view of the rays of searchlights forming a "cone" in distance ...

I did a search in the forum and although I found mentions of this problem have not been able to find a solution if one exists.

May be something related to a mod? Config? Can anyone guide me?
