This Sucks Can someone with Java Skill like to make all the Effects from 4.12.1m work in 4.10.1m, Please?

Oh yes, please, Please. Specially the crash-landing marks and the changing of diferent skins while
airplanes are stationary in airbase.
If it could be made to work in 4.10 then it might also work with the WW1 version (DBW-1916).
I have had no luck playing around with these files. I am no Java-guru  :(

1. Where do they go?
2. Is there a list of the additional/different effects contained in this package?

I have tried several times to use this mod with 4.12 and SAS Modact, put it in the SAS folder, no luck and then in the jigsmods and activated it there, no luck. Any suggestions?? I sure would like to see round cowlings!       Thanx for any help in advance.

PS:
Fellows, I would not recommend using all these effects, rather make a decision since some of them
downgrade other effects or files. E.g. the "Effects\sunglare" tgas are small default no improvement files compared to carsmaster's and may override those, when loading first.
They are 128x128, even the previous (my favourite) carsmaster sunglare is 1024x1024!!

Maybe asking TD for permission to mod the effects into other modpacks or effects packs makes sense?

Will try the smoke out for the fun of it. :)

PS: the effects what I wanted, the engine smoke works in 4.09m. However some of the willingly buggy unique features of that old one got overriden..(I can fly through forest tops in that install without crashing :D )
