Fokker DXXI's flyable with individual cockpits

This makes sarja 4, dutch and danish fokker flyable with independent cockpits. Every cockpit now has it's own folder.   :)

Tested with SAS Modact 5.11.

Link for 4.12 fix by StefanSG see reply #12 in this thread.

Sarja 4





- Gunsight väisälä thm 40
- New control stick
- New side canopy framing, with correctly moving sliding window

Todo:

- Instrument panel changes
- New back canopy

Dutch





- Dutch instruments by michael_boonstra1974 (thanks to Gerax for reuploading)
- Dutch gunsight
- Finnish style back window removed

Todo:

- Instrument panel changes

Danish



- Uses slightly different version of dutch instruments, also by michael_boonstra1974
- Basic ring and bead sight
- Back window removed
- Antenna mast & wire removed

Todo:

- Instrument panel changes & danish instruments

Should work with all of them.

Now should work with 4.09 also, thanks to SAS~Epervier for correct sarja 4 classfiles!  :)

TT, you should use the Version Icons 4.09 -  4.12

Thank you very much!! I had requested this long time ago, and I lost any hope that someone would ever think of working on the little Fokkers! These new cockpits are indeed great!
