Do you still have to run these skins through Bright?

I am trying to get the skins to show up. I installed the DLLs.. I don't use DBW or UP so I didn't put those DLLs in .. but I couldn't get the sample skins to show up either.. Maybe I installed the mod wrong.

Bearcat, if you are using straight HSFX with jsgmemods folder, then Make a New Folder in your jsgmemods folder Name it 2048, then inside that folder Make a folder called Files in that Folder stucture order. Place the .dll's in your Main Root Folder place the 2 Files from the 24Bit_Skins Folder  in the  Files Folder. Then to activate the True Color Mod Open JSGME.exe, select 2048, then check out the Skins.

BTW, if it works you will see this Skin amongst others in the QMB 3d Window on a Spit MkVIII.
