Hey dude, just asking.
There's a lot of stuff there. I just get frustrated as with all Il-2 modding there always seems very little comprehensive explanation of how to run things, or even what a mod is all about, it's objectives and what it changes compared to other games I have modded. Ironically SAS are the only people who seem to approach that on this website, which is how and why I turned my way here.
Its okay man.
I do not mod other games, so i can not compare. oaky maybe silent Hunter III...
what i know tho is that what you got there is one of the most comprehensive packages created, and has its first roots in 200...7? 2006?
I can also see the wish to do something useful with "the stuff inside", and that missions and campaigns are a means to dive into the time, the era, the plane and the context.
I just found your choice of words rather poor!
all you said you saw was the new planes, and were already scratching your head.
had you taken an hour of tiime to check out the stuff you find in the full mission builder...
or made a tour of the optional Mods in jsgme...
you would not have said what you said.
so yes, take your time to discover, take your time to compare the default game, and the modded game. some changes are OBVIOUS, like The redone Mig-3 models.
Some are less.
Some you will like, some you won't.
