Hello All,

That article got me thinking. Do any of you know where one could start research about the military service of a family member who served with the Wehrmacht on the Eastern front? I have a name and would like to find out with what unit my relative served. Is there a way to link individual names with units? Are the surviving Wehrmacht personnel records perhaps accessible. Didn't get very far on the internet on this, yet.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

FW

Thanks for the info, Gerax.

Much appreciated. I'll give it a go.

Best Regards,
