Handley Page Halifax II/III
« on: July 01, 2013, 01:10:12 AM »

It's been a long time since I worked on a 3D model. After I helped PlaneEater with the P-61 skin and lost the P-47N files due to a hardware failure I got out of modelling all together.

I picked it up again as a stress reliever and this is what I have so far. I will be doing the Mk. II and MK III models. Im not a pro by any means so it will take me a while to complete it.

Ive been doing alot of work on the nacelles. The inboard was my first attempt and the outboard is after alot of revision still WIP.

I know she isnt much to look at now but every couple of days I make alittle progress or fix something. It's just a series of smaller victories for me.

Best of luck with this mate, i have always liked the look of the Halifax especially the MkII, could really do with a new British Bomber. Really looking forward to it.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes!

I do alittle here and there and it makes headway so no worries about it getting done as I also have backup hard drives incase of hardware failure. :)
