I installed this via jsgme into my #DBW NewTFM installation (I changed the file structure a little as it loads into the STD folder by default, so I renamed STD to #MonkeyV2 and changed #SAS to #DBW after the rocket.ini overwrites) It partially shows up in my objects list but only the rocket carriage appears NOT the V2 itself ?? Any ideas ??

...so I renamed STD to #MonkeyV2 ....
very bad idea, mate - the STD folder is important not to mess with, as it contains all the ini/properties files.
rather keep it as STD, and create a new #MonkeyV2 folder for the 3do folder to go in.

In the FMB only the ramp will show, set the timeout to 1 and it should be showing on the pad waiting for 1 minute.

You are right. It works the same as the V-1.

ery nice indeed however it´s so slow.... tracked the time and altitude through various static cameras properly placed, and noticed it needed from the launch to a target 40km away: it took more than 12 minutes (!) to reach it (and blown it) after having reached a max alt of no more than 8 km. Limit of IL-2  of course but sure it will be interesting to let it fly a bit faster and higher!

Best regards,

Gianluca

Hi all...
I have been trying two systems both with IL2 4.12.1, updated with Modact and the patch plus the new V2 1.1
Everything has worked on both systems perfectly apart from viewing V2 rockets.
I can place them on any map in any mission, set the parameters...target, timeout etc but when I fly the mission and a rocket comes in to view, that view freezes.
I doesn't matter if it is a static camera view or from an aircraft. The same thing happens in any view.
It only effects the rocket not the launcher...V1's work OK.
The sim doesn't crash as such, if I change to a different view the mission just continues with no time loss.
I have had the same issue on both separate systems.
Recordings with a V2 in will not load either...Is it possible the skin tga files have been damaged...they will not load in an image viewer either.
Has anyone else out there had this issue?
Any ideas, thoughts advice would be great.
Thanks, mmrd50
