1. Yes, MiG-21bis will have that feature.
2. There will be MiG-21MF but not MiG-21MF-75. Because MF-75 is a quite specific modification that was produced in Germany and I think it is a bit pointless in game and for the game balance sake.
3. MiG-21bis is THIRD generation fighter. MiG-21is FOURTH generation fighter. EDIT: Sorry, didn't understood what you meant. Yeah in some MiG-21 designation bis is in the fourth gen.

Unfortunately as for now all works are frozen due to RL routine.

The flight informations, speed altitude and heading are in blue colour in your game, mine are in red colour I mean
