Check here as well, a 20% CTD was caused by the last 3rd Gen missile update in my install..but in 4.10. So that will not be relevant here I hope:

TBH I would first look into the Tech Help Crash help section to see which error you may have.

Also check the Mods area/Instant Logfile mod, install and attach a logfile of the crash in the code brackets, only last part of the crashlog needed.
Then wait for someone with a coding plan. 

Can't do log file already deleted all mods and reinstalled with my back up folder.i will look in tech help section to see what would cause 20% crash.

According to what I just read in a post by SAS CirX a 20% ctd is caused by a missing weapons or  flyable cockpit mod.so iam I correct in assuming that I need the mig-19/sm-12 mod in my #SAS folder since it is using the sm-12 radar for the mig-21 Pf/Pfm/fl ?

Yes.
This MiG-21 MOD works on 4.12.2m (ModAct5.33 + JetWar1.33 + Engine MOD 2.7).
You can see the green 4.12 icon on the 1st post.
Installing it on 4.12.2m is not special, same to on 4.10.1m or 4.11.1m.
