As a rule of thumb, any mod that requires editing of ini or property files is incompatible with JSGME (since JSGME can do nothing but shift around files, not edit them).
This means that literally any modded plane is out of JSGME scope.

Regarding exploding: at least for me, any time I start mission in fmb (except scramble) with 2 or more armed Mig-21s, my wingman explodes in 10 seconds or so after beginning of the mission. It doesn't maneuver, doesn't fire. Sometimes the same happens with opponent 21s, but just sometimes. Usually it is 1 aircraft per wing that explodes.

Maybe something related to radar messages that AI can't manage?

Good question, its not hard.

Anto, maybe it is somehow related to engine surge code? I mean maybe AI changes throttle rapidly and thats is why exploding?
There used to be a bug with the surge code but generally they won't explode straight away - either do engine damage or cause a fire

They explode when enymy is spotted. And they just blow up mid-air without any radio message
What it looks like (and from some testing the team have done) is that it is an error with the missiles. In your scenario, as soon as they spot the enemy they are launching missiles before they lock and instead they are exploding at the instance of launch.

Hi! A s it seems, some of us have problems with weapons load, not appearin the full list. In my case it worked unistalling 000_1956_Core_v13. Perhaps just changin the secuence while loading will also work.

Please, Anto, is it possible for you and the team to find some solution of that missile error? And btw, it's not only the missiles which seem to be faulty, but the explosion also occurs when the planes carry the GP-1 gun pod, at least with my game.
