You do not work the textures of the city. Therefore, they are shown in black.
Somewhere in the installation error
Please check your Sload.ini (Aload.ini) from map BOM and textures themselves from the folder Tex / .....Oks /. Summer texture of the city with 1S.tga on 9S.tga.

Can you copy a file in your text here Sload.ini and Aload.ini
and check the textures in the folder Oks?

P/s The first texture is not working - 4S.tga.
Another little suggestion.
It seems that the textures  2S.tga 4S.tga error in the permit.

Textures must be the size of 1024X1024 pixels.
Please take the indexed texture 2S.tga and 4S.tga from
Loku from its archive BoM_textures_fix.7z

When this map was first released I had a difficult time downloading it and then I forgot about it until today. I must say some of the objects are truely works of art. Some of the Moscow objects such as the cannon and buildings along with the cabins and the amazing hangers with see through glass windows blew me away. The map and its textures are not the only things that are stunning with this map. The beautifull new objects add a lot to the feel of the map.

Small fix and addon to map "Battle of Moscow" (look at the first post)

Quote
-Added summer season map (the temperature on the map + 20 C);
-Fixed the historical view Monino aerodrome;

-Fixed the textures of the city of Moscow with the wrong resolution, which emerged when cutting;
-Cleaned the territory of the Gorky Park;
-Added "Dynamo"stadium;
-Added spire to the building of river station (unfortunately tip without stars, but in flight is not critical);
-Fixed incorrect bridge squared BT11;
-Removed the floodplain of the Mozhaisk, Ruzsky and Ozerninsky reservoirs;
-Fixed some height near bridges;
-Fixed height South surroundings aerodrome "Dvoevka";
-And also small minor fixes the boot files

Static.ini checker says I'm missing 'buildings.Plate$BlankRunwayLong'.

Running DBW 1.71.

Strange, blank plates are included in a standard game. Open the static ini press ctrl+f and enter the Title BlankPlate and check whether it exists in this group and correctly recorded this element

You are right Oknevas, this object IS part of stock 4.10!
So there is nothing wrong with this patch,
tested it in 4.12, works, like the new summer map!  ;)

But as I have the same problem like Redfox I will have a closer look
later whats wrong with my static.ini(s) in DBW ..
btw: I use the static.ini coming with Boomers pack wich I have installed.

I had checked my static.ini before I posted. I have checked again and a clean copy in an vanilla #DBW folder and I don't have any mention of a 'Plate$BlankRunwayLong' in either.

P.S. Reverted back to the originals which are great maps. Apart from SAS~Gerax and myself, nobody else has mentioned it, and so if is part of the stock 4.10 then I have the problem.

Edit: just caught vpmedia's post and that is the same as my static
