Here are a few examples of American wartime aviation advertising. It was probably mainly meant as a moral raising thing. After all, who can afford to buy these kind of things on a wartime budget? ...

The factory I work at in Leeds UK is the old Avro factory next to Leeds Bradford Airport

I have always thought it would be great to hang some Avro art in reception! Something like these would be great
