i installed infantry pack and fixed strings in this way, works fine in 4.12

For whatever reason, the new ZSU-57-2 technics.ini entries didn't happen, don't know why.
The only thing to do is remove the ZSU-57-2 entirely from the Vietnam Armor pack
before installing.
