Cool, down loading now.

 :D
OK! If anyone has still issues with this map (a bit complex, three maps in one so to say), just hit left shift and tab when you try to load the map in FMB and take the last 5-10 lines (best a screeny), then I can help. But now it should work.

BTW for advanced users:
..if you just take the trees and load.inis from this dl version and replace the water with the stock water colour, you can switch the load.inis into the stock map as well.
Cheers

Tom

OK ladies and gents, new download link on page 3 bottom. (Same on first post)
Praise agracier, SAS~farang65 and Dixiecapt as well as SAS~Mission_bug.

I just installed in my DBW Jets Game, and every thing worked like a charm, I first put in my SAS 4.0. and is working flawless. Good Job Thorsten! ;)

Cool to know!

Edit for anyone who is confused especially map guys: I edited my posts from last day/night.
From post 27 onward (page 3) I edited the posts so the reason of what went wrong in the autumn version and in general is clear now.
My bad on the modified autumn version, yet the original maps contain AFAIK an error with the load.inis.
I corrected these in my version as updated on post one and 34.

Cheers

Tom

PS:

For those of you who think the autumn version is too dark, either fly at the morning/noon or do this:
I let on purpose some entries open in the load_Aut.ini..so:
Open it and find +change

[WORLDPOS]
//CAMOUFLAGE = SUMMER //use those settings in case of issues
//MONTH=6
//DECLIN = 62
//PRESSURE    = 745
//TEMPERATURE = 03

CAMOUFLAGE = SUMMER
MONTH=10    to 6 or 7 or 8!
DECLIN = 62
PRESSURE    = 745
TEMPERATURE = 03

A few shots to show:
MONTH 10 will be dark all the way..
This is with MONTH=6 at 16.30-1645 ca, fair weather

This is with MONTH=8 at 15.30, same mission and weather, now one hour earlier for similar result (actually half an hour should be correct if IL-2 calculates it correctly):

This is with =7 at 15.30m same thing..

So, you have options. I would say MONTH=8 sounds fair enough, but personally I cheat and use =6, like that very much.

Tom

Hello, I am not sure if this is a general Modding failure by me, if something is missing or smth else ...
When trying to use the map in QMB, clicking the button has no effect other than the button getting stuck (looks like pushing a button too far in real life, it remains "clicked")
And when trying to build a mission in FMB, I cant save a mission file - it starts telling me " Warning: Bad Water if MapRID == 0 "
Do you know what causes this?
I run IL-2 Version 4.12.2m, ModAct 5.3.0, Jet War 1.33, and have installed this Objects Pack:

Do you have the correct config.ini setting for Perfect setting?

Read here, sorry, all I can say...spent the entire noon with IL-2 and uploads, need a break atm. ;)

https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,35419.0.html

replies 10 and 53.

If it still does not work, provide an error log from the logfile mod (included in MA 5.3) and take a screen when loading the map, post that screen, but before that hit shift and tab, so we get an error log on the map.

~Cheers

Thanks for your reply, Problem solved! I found the UP3.0 Objects pack in SFS format, now the map works perfectly! BTW, it's a wonderful map :D
