Landed on an enemy carrier that was in the process of launching aircraft in a twin engined plane (P38T), collided with enemy aircraft losing engine, then used remaining engine to turn on the spot and machine gun the enemy aircraft:

I remember pulling out to low with at Ju-87, and hitting the ground. My aircraft slid along, shedding every possible part before coming to a halt, and my gunner and I ran for it.

This tale comes not from IL-2 but Flacon 4.0,

I was bragging to my freind about the graphics of Falcon 4.0 and showing him the airfield as I attenpted to land,
But I came in to hot and bounced, (while hearing a metal crunching sound) I throttled up and managed to steady the aircraft when switched to an external veiw I noticed all my gear and acompanying doors were torn off. A quick free camera scan of the runway displayed them littering the runway.

Ever since I knew sims were only gonna get more awesome.

Of course then I found out you can ram ejected pilots and hear them scream! (lost many a wing tip AIM-9s that way!)
