By my strong opinion barrels must have nationality :)
That is to Map builders/populators attention.

Add that rows to Static.ini for Russian oil barrels

These are nice objects .. not sexy or classy, but very useful for populating maps. There are so many other kinds of objects that could use new or altered versions - walls for instance, so few to choose from.

:)   ;)  I join in the prayer of crazyflak .. one of the missing elements in the desert scenery are the jerry cans , sand colored  .. drums are jet published between  Egypt objects,  I think of La-Rone art works! I hope in the good heart of a  modeller....
Of course,  thanks to Greif11 for your drums !

If you have specific walls in mind, maybe it could be usefull to post (links to) photos of these (walls we do not have)

Here are a few ideas. the first might be one used most on desert maps. The Egypt walls area bit low and small, the Sudak Castle walls are much too high for use around houses and fields and too regular and clean cut. Something in between in height would be useful ... if possible sort of run down looking. Just some ideas perhaps. I know walls are not exciting or eye-catching objects, but they are very useful on maps in order to create more realistic looking inhabited areas and housing ...

Thanks for what you've already done so far.

job for one cigarette. Just make clone of Sudak walls. Repaint em as you wish. After when you wrote em to static.ini just dug wall deep as you need in ground by parameter Ground height.
Abt that parameter just read first rows of static ini file after //

Thanks for the info, even if it does sound a bit like some hep beat talk ... I suppose I can figure it out. Except for where do I find the necessary files for the Sudak Walls or any other default object? Aren't they buried somewhere in several dozens of gigs worth of files in an sfs file somewhere?
