La Masa class Italian's destroyers
« on: September 11, 2012, 01:56:38 PM »

The class destroyer La Masa (which is part of the Wider called "three pipe") began their career in 1916 and one of them after the various events ended in 1967, here are two different configurations
a AA as  protection to convoys as the other more normal with a dual role guns ,used in WW II in the RM.

This class had a long life service! 60 years...at the end they should have directly set them in a museum!
Thank you very much gio, really a nice ship ! :)

I have a small problem - installed in HSFX5.

LaMasa loads in mission ok

Angelo Bassini appears in FMB but does not load in mission.

I appear to be missing text entries for  gun_0102_45_1917 in the guns section of ships.ini
This gun appears only on the Angelo Bassini
I'm using the 4.10 classes.

gun classes are present in the class file set so the only thing missing is the ships.ini entries

Swapped in a different gun type to test and ship appeared ok so this seems to be the only problem.

Don't you forget to paste add1.ships.ini to your ships.ini ?

Code: [Select]
[gun_0102_45_1917]
Gun                Cannon0102_45_1917
AttackMaxDistance     9400.0
AttackMaxRadius       9400.0
AttackMaxHeight       4500.0
HeadMinYaw               0
HeadMaxYaw             360
GunMinPitch            -10.0
GunMaxPitch            +20.0
HeadMaxYawSpeed          8.0
GunMaxPitchSpeed         4.0
ChainfireTime            0.0
DelayAfterShoot          20.0
FireFastTargets            0

I test this pack on clean 4.11.1m and no problem.
The classfile of Cannon0102_45_1917 is contained right in La_masa_DD.rar .
