f-4 trouble

hi, i just installed the f-4 phantom pack for up3/jetwar1.1 and it ctd'd at 60%. i enabled the mod files cache, tested and failed again at 60%, deleted the wrapper and it failed again at 60%.

what have i done wrong? the air.ini file and plane.ru file are perfect, i can only think that the button file is the issue and can't seem to find a current one for up3.

thanks for any help, really looking forward to flying the f-4!

by the way, i'm running up3 rc4 over 4.10.1m.
