4.12 version? It works to a certain point,but in cockpit view when Shift+F1 is pressed for gun sight it will crash the game giving the old memory error message.

i am one of those confirmed fans of this mod, however it was plagued with many compatibility issues from the beginning, and the situation has gotten worse with the new patches, so unfortunately, short of a complete re-write of some core code (which is above my pay grade, lol) it simply can't work with newer versions.
benitomuso's real follow mod is the closest thing we have to it for newer versions. it also allows for camera to be located almost anywhere on the plane. albeit with a bit more effort. i fear this is one of those mods that you will have to hang on to your 4.09 install for, as things stand currently.

Yeah but Benitomuso's real follow mod only seems to work with his 3d mod so us users that don't have his 3d mod or would rather not use it are kinda left out in the cold.
