Sorry I make confusion with DBW-SCW however I have downloaded recently patch 4 and 4.1 from https://ulozto.net/hledej?q=dbw-1916-v4-7z and it was working well

& your link is no more valid

as i said before ulozto seems not to in service

It is very strange I just checked and the ULOZTO link is working for me maybe there is a problem with antivirus or IP

hurray , you are right i can download with linux & firefox
so it's seems not to be an IP problem (in this case i could use a vpn)

i think it may be
my windows anti-antivirus MS Defender
or my Browser (brave)

after searching it's not the Anti-virus nor the firewall , the problem was a parameter (secure DNS) in the browser

with Firefox



with brave


with this box enabled  it works
without = nope

i hope it's usefull for someone here
