Thanks! I've found the instruments online in a zip in dds format. They're probably from other game like OFF.

...

I still could use some help with the missing ww1 stationary aircraft!

Not to mention the cockpit issues...

I know this is wrong place for a wishlist, yet one thought loudly banged into my forehead while reading this discussion:
Could any one make "void" skins for those ww1 planes? You know, white background and stuff, like in stock il-2. That would be like heavenly manna for inexperienced skinners.

The planes are based on the U-2VS stock aircraft, so you can use its template, here's one by Foo.bar: http://mexxoft.com/Foobarskins/tpl/download.php?id=106&lan=en
This is his site with some great ww2 skins:

Okey, Boomer@ just let you know I am on board.

I read a bit, but I am not sure about the situation:

1) does stationary planes problem concern stock DBW1916 or DBW1916+current update?

2) I tried to test the stationaries on my FMB of DBW1916, but got stopped even before testing: all my 1916 maps have the "load.ini" error, so I have to knowx if my install is buggy or if it normal (but just DBW 1916 was buggy for everybody :P)

Hope I can get answer quick to start testing right away

I have a question, since all of these aircraft share a certain part that can be used in the rest of the
airplanes, I was wondering if there is a way to make the wheels on these WW1 planes more "round" or at least
less square looking as I have been looking at them. This would be a nice improvement on them.
If one set of wheels could be worked out good, them perhaps all of the rest would be changed also , just by adding the
needed code into them.
As these airplanes all share the U2-VS main frame skeleton. Perhaps this can be done?

Fellas, thanks for giving DBW1916 some attention :)

Be rest assured, Aviator Mod Team have some new WW1 content on its way out. Some WELL overdue aircraft are on the release pipeline, starting with the Sopwith Camel and Fokker EIII.

Great news!

Anto when you finshed the new planes you're either need to help me to import them into my pack or you can use my pack as a basis for the update, you decide. I'm gonna send you and Crazyflak and Boomer and Max the link for the final, v1b3 version for testing and evaluation, when I finished in 1-2 days .

Cheers

First thing  I tried was to take the U-2VS gear meshes from PA_Geronimos 'Better Wheels V5' mod and put them into the Fokker EIII's folder but it did not work, plane doesnt load with it. I can only update the wheel discs which is usually the skinPo.tga.

Its certain planes that explode as soon as I start the mission. Maybe the markings could be the issue. I have the markings installed but maybe these are not connecting to the markings as they should. The Airco DH2 1916, the Bleriot 1915 and the Bleriot/Morane L 1915. Yet these planes will fly on stock maps. Its only on the missions that I have made. Any ideas?

Can you post the mission where this explosion happens? I wanna test it in my game.
I dont have any markings packs installed, where can you find these markings and what are they doing? Are they neccesary?
Plus what is your game version, is it DBW 1.71 superpack?

What I do know is that these planes you mentioned share the same 3d/plane folder(text quoted from readme):

07   U_SYP3(RU)      Bleriot
08   U_SYP3(RU)      Bleriot/Moranne
09   U_SYP3(RU)      Sopwith Triplane
10   U_SYP3(RU)      Nieuport17
10b   U_SYP3(RU)      Airco DH.2
