... I cannot use modded engines...

Jeronimo never went beyond P-40C (with the exception of the P-40E-M-105) fixing cowling and props.

Don't know about wheels.

Many thanks for your help! Now everything is fine! Works perfect!

By the way, I understand that it is not the exact place for raising other questions and it is smth like impudence from my part to ask, but could you please provide the correct folder names for these two and other P-40 fighters cockpits. I will try to put the cockpit files in the new folders as well:

P-40E-M-105_NEW   air.P_40EM105_NEW 1                           r01   WINTER
P-40F             air.P_40F 1                           NOINFO  usa01 DESERT
P-40K             air.P_40K_1 1                         NOINFO  usa01 SUMMER
P-40L             air.P_40L 1                           NOINFO  usa01 DESERT
P-40M             air.P_40M 1                 NOQUICK   NOINFO  usa01 DESERT
P-40M_NEW         air.P_40M_NEW 1
P-40N             air.P_40N 1                           NOINFO  usa01 DESERT

Please help with them as well, I very appreciate your help!

One question about F6F Hellcat:

In installed the 4.12 version and it's fine

but the DBW version is still old and not as in the first post pictures ... this is how it is in my DBW ...

is that correct ? reading the first post and the thread, i understand that also the DBW version should be like the pictures in the first post ...

Edit: I found that the problem is solved if I move the mod before #UV3 (Tiger sound mod) ... i tested 4-5 planes and it seems the flyby sound are still there ... does anyone know if there could be problems to have "cowling mod" before "tiger sound mod" ? because that sound mod is a must !

Hello blackshark,

You can use this mod in the DBW if you wish, just place the folder in a way that uploads in the game before other aircraft, so
they can all have better looking models.

I named my 4.10 DBW folders ...
#00_3dFix_CowlingsEnginesProps_410
#00_3dFix_Mod_Wheels_410

I named my 4.12 VPmedia-Modpack folders ...
#00_3dFix_CowlingsEnginesProps_412
#00_3dFix_Mod_Wheels_412

As for the "Tiger Sound Mod", that thing has given people so many problems over the years, I just don´t use it anymore.
I just cannot stand the headaches anymore of having a broken game with some mods and then trying to fix hundreds of aircraft
to work with just that particular mod.
There are other sound mods available you can try.

You will have to test in your modded game the  "Tiger Sound Mod" and see what happens,
and then try to fix those problems if any arise in the future.

... open UV3 sound mod, and deactivate the 3Do folder in it, just by putting the minus sign (-) in front of it, like that:

-3Do

The conflict with Jeronimo's "cowling mod" comes from the fact that the 3Do folder in UV3 also deals with cowling, in fact the blue flames upon engine start up ...  ;)

Dear friends, is there any engine and prop fix for the Soviet R-10 aircraft? :)

None, AFAIK. That's the most neglected a/c in IL-2 inventory, IMO.

Eh, I wish we had the same, cause there's a cockpit for R-10 as well as wheels. So some missions could be made for the same  :) So, I will use R-10 as it is

When I use the the 3Dfix for the Mig-15bis I get no 3D view of the plane in QMB, the mig-15 works with the 3Dfix, SAS Modact 5.2.
