This mod is wonderful.  Puts a whole new feel on the sim.  And Il2 can still shine up pretty well.
A little 3D fix, a good skin and she's a thing of beauty.

Thanks to all involved.

Birdman, you are the man. Thanks!  :)

Actually I have only done some cleaning and bugfixing for these mods. The real hero here is PA_Jeronimo since he has made the 3D models rounder and more detailed. That remodeling of the 3D models is the more difficult part and most of the work, so thanks a lot for PA_Jeronimo!

I'm running HSFX 6.0.1 expert mode, with the props/cowls/wheel mods and latest UV3. Looks great for the most part, but I fear I goofed somewhere, and can't figure it out. The Ju-88C6 (only - others are good)has the right shape spinners and whatnot, but the props are about a foot (real life scale) in front of the motors. Anybody else get that? Are the hooks set in the MSH, or some other file?

Thanks.

could put a picture of your problem?

Jero.

Ok, this will sound nuts, but my KBD doesn't have a print screen and my screen capture as part of ATI tools no longer recognizes IL2 as the front app, so currently I can't get a screenshot!

As a test, I copied the prop from one of the other Ju-88 models and it works fine, so it looks like for the C6, the distance setting from the spinner back to the front of the motor has a typo in it. I looked at the files in notepad, but couldn't figure out which line the prop distance was.

Install FRAPS (freeware) and you can assign any key for making screenshots.

Coincidently, just happend to install that before I read this. thanks.. By using the files from the A model, I "fixed" the problem anyway... if somebody is into the Ju-88's they could check to see it they have that too, or just my install.

Update first post with Spitfire & Seafire Spinners.

The model Mk Vc has a alternative version included within the MOD.

This is the default one in the Mod, the more lifelike

And this is the alternative, based on the model stock simulator.

The choice is yours. ;)
