I have read all posts, THANK YOU everyone for the good news.  You guys are great friends!

I also need to re-install everything back into my old shitty-Pc to get back in the game and start painting some

Alright folks, I am back with some GREAT News!
EVERYTHING IS WORKING SUPERB!! 

Now here is what I did, for all you guys and gals that are still having problems installing this...

Make sure to make a de-fragmentation of your harddrive disc FIRST to write all
the stuff neatly into your pc! - THIS IS A MUST DO !
So, go do it! I don´t care if you did it last week, do another!

next... start out with a CLEAN version install.

1- Install game from DVD...or whatever you got it from.

2 - Then add-Install ALL patches as follows...

3 - 4.08m - can be found on the CD, install from there

DO NOT ADD ANY MORE PATCHES. Stop here with the patching part

Make any changes to your game settings now and change whatever you want on the "conf.ini  game" settings

- Download and install into #UP# folder a Diff-Fm for UP 3.0 RC4.

This will allow you to later install new mod-airplanes into the Ultrapack 3 version
