Channel40 beta update

This mod adds CanonUK's English Channel buildings to his previous, unfinished dogfight map: Channel40 beta.
All airfields updated on both sides of the Channel, all large towns & ports rebuilt including London,Dover, Portsmouth, Southampton, Canterbury, Calais, Cherbourg, Dunkerque, etc. + many bugs fixed

I uploaded some missions if you want to do a quick test, 2 of them is just a testmission/object template but the package also has few missions with 100+ planes too.

I added Compans textures to City in load.ini because I'm fan of photographic textures (others don't like)

From my testing, I believe the stock buildings texture updates are included in DBW 1.7.1.  I enable only the map update alone in DBW and my visuals match the screenies.

The texture building updates were included in dbw 1.71 in large percentage as it seems, I wasnt aware of that. I noticed one bug, on the 5th screen, in dbw 1.71 both medium sized Slovakia fuel tanks have the rusty brown color. The original Slovakia fuel tank had the silver color, I'm gonna release a patch which will fix this so you'll have both colors on the map. Thanks for the feedback guys! Have a nice day.
