(SAS) plz help with Multi crew problem

My problem is that when someone joins my aircraft and takes a position, there name fails to show up in the transfer positions in the MDS command window, they are in my bomber as seen on the screen notification what seat they are in.
So I cannot trade positions without the names showing up . Is there a fix for this or is it just me?
All the tick's are in order within FMB...Chocks are set...any help out there would reward you with massive quantities of your favorite beverage ... ( Has anyone out there gotten this to work ? )
