Some time ago there was a skinmod that was released here. What it did was add more than just the Summer/Winter/Desert default paintschemes. I do not believe it was ever officially released. It changed the folder structure for each plane from this:

F2A-2/
Summer/
Desert/
Winter/

To this:
F2A-2/
Summer/
Desert/
Winter/
PTO/
ETO/
East/
.....

Some time ago I suffered a computer crash and am just now getting my game back up and modded and tweaked. I have searched the website but am unable to find it. Hopefully someone here still has it or knows what I am talking about. If possible I would like to get that downloaded again.
