Hello all, here is an adaption of the superb Denmark map version 1.7 by Redwulf__32.

This map has its own folder and entry for the all file, that is to preserve the original Denmark map as Redwulf__32 left it at the last update, his intention is to return to detailing his original map when time permits. This map is a stop gap until then. 

You can actually apply these files into the original map folder if you wish, but please save a copy before doing so just incase I've made a mess of anything. ;)

The detailing of citys and airfields is from a mission file by Jirpilot1 and his brother Maro, I added working runways
to replace the mission file ships runways.

You will find on the map various raised objects, they are from the original mission file.  I chose
not to remove them, just put a truck or aircraft of your choice where appropriate.

Please report bugs here in this thread, I'm sure there will be some.  It is possible the placing
of objects may have obstructed taxi and parking areas.

A copy of the Actors has been sent to Jirpilot1 and Redwulf__32 and so far none of them have reported any problems,
although I haven't as yet recieved a reply from Redwulf__32, even so I have decided to upload this for the community
to use.


The actors.static didn't get through to me for some reason  ???

Downloading now using the link above.

I've tried the map using the 1.6 actors.static and it looks really good.
Looking forward to the 1.7 actors.static  8)

Indirectly related to this beautiful map... Is there a possibility to get the 'default' Danish Fokker skin as separate skin d/l? Many thanks,

Hope you all spend many happy hours with this map guys, it was really enjoyable combining all the pieces, I always find the PC, well mine anyway, loads maps much better than large mission files.

This is quite a large and interesting area and has tremendous possibilities for campaign and mission builders.

The invasion of Denmark, major cities like Hamburg which would bear the brunt of bomber offensives, Peenemünde
with its rocket launching facilities and finally a part of Sweden, a a large number of their airmen were lost also during WWII so it will be interesting trying to find info on those events.

Hello all, I'm afraid I didn't notice a problem with the 1.7 version of the map, it has a different city texture to 1.6 so makes a mess of the city detailing.  There is a link to the 1.6 Load file in the first post, just drop that into the RW32_Jirpilot1_Maro_PS_Denmark folder and you should be good to go.

Great job guys. Thanks for the texture link.

One issue---new map on Fl. horst Grove airbase have blue mission with 8 of the new Ranwers D0-17zs and 4 Bf 109s taking off there on a blue mission. Only 4 Dorniers show for the first 3 or 4 seconds. Then the other 8 aircrafts show and there is an instant explosion and the planes are mostly all destroyed. Only remedy is to manually place takeoff points at other places on the airfield. But still, each spawning point will not accept more than 4 aircrafts, or the explosions...thanks for hard work. ;)

Hello badderger, sorry not able to replicate your problem, although when the aircraft land they
just stop part way along the runways. :(  Only tested the Swedish add ons, it is possible some
of the detail is stopping taxi and parking :'(

Both runways at Grove.







That said I had a similar problem testing one of the Swedish airfields, every thing exploded.

I'd flown the mission before using a Mosquito IV, then next time boom!

Not much had been added to DBW since flying the mission previously, two aircraft and the
latest files for the B&T wheel fix.  Took out the aircraft, just the same.  De-activated the
wheel fix mod and all was well!  Took out the Mosquito files from that and re-activated the
mod and all is wonderfull. ???

So if you have the B&T patched to the latest version try disabling it and let me know what happens. ;)
