sorry guys, I'm obviously doing something wrong with the installation: I suppose I pasted all the text in the right places (is there anything I need to be particularly careful about?), I installed it on a DBW 1.71.

It is not with the little that you write that can help you.
What does not? At what point? That contains the log file?

DBW? Try renaming the folder tanks:
put:
08__Tanks...

instead of :
_08__Tanks...

you were right, it was the name of the folder and/or the chief.ini. All working now, thanks! :-)

I have attempted to install these tanks without complete success. I am uncertain as to where to place the new .ini lines. That is, at the end of the chief.ini, techniques.ini and stationary. ini or somewhere else in those respective files.

After placing them at the end, but before the entry that reads "; eof", I was able to get the tanks to appear in FMB under the selection for armor. . . but only the new tanks. The stock armor wasn't available.

Any help would be great. Thanks.
