I tried to install this correctly but it didn't appear in my plane list. I'm using DBW 1.71  ( IL2 4.101)!

Thanks for the help

Is not flyable !
It can only appear in the list of teammates or enemies.

Ok !
So now you have to test in 409/SAS and 410!
No version for 411!

Temporary FM !
No historical
... that's for sure ... but it flies!

Another version of temporary FM
« Reply #69 on: March 12, 2012, 09:07:58 AM »

I looked at the temporary FM fix and noticed it was quite different than the FM in v4.11m. I then tried to make this bird take off with minimal changes to the FM and I attached the result for you to test. My pack includes an alternative FM for v4.10.1m and v4.09m with just the prop pitch settings modified to give higher RPM and power for slow speeds, all other parameters are the same as in original v4.11m FM. I hope that this FM version is more historically correct (assuming that the v4.11m FM tries to be realistic) and I hope the prop pitch adjustment makes this bird take off and climb well enough.

To install this just rename your old FM file Z506_FM as -Z506_FM or some other to back up and unpack the right option from my pack into your mod folder to replace the old FM.

I wish you happy testing and I hope you like this small tweak. Please report any possible issues with this FM.

The temporary FM fix is wrong! This is normal!
I mixed the FM 1007 and 506!  :D

Thank you, Birdman for new FM !

I got it to rise too. I've posted a single misssion at M4T. The player is on a bombing mission over Gijon in 1937. Depending on how the mission turns out, you either return home unscathed, or land short of friendly territory with leaks, and dead gunners.

cheers
