Create a 3rd party DCG campaign from scratch!

Hi,
This guide attempts to explain, using the example of two small campaigns, how to create a DCG campaign from scratch!
The reason to make this guide was the impression that people like to make a campaign but wouldnt know how to start and what to do to make one!
