Yes, I make only missions possible and playable. But Rechke's campaign might be a bit of a "mission impossible" - a few German fighters against the waves of Allied bombers and fighters.

I am currently making something else, but am considering making a Japanese campaign now, but not Kato himself actually. (We do not have the right map of China for Kato at th moment.) Making a Japanese campaign gives us an opportunity to fly against large number of varied foes, this is the way I think like to be.

What I would like to include in is as follows:

China 1938 - flying Ki-10 against the Chinese
Nomonhan battle (Khalkhyn Gol) 1939 - flying Ki-27 against Soviets
Lang Son Incident 1940 - flying Ki-27 against the French
Invasion of Thailand 1941 - flying Ki-27 against Thais

This could be all for now, possibly the first part of JAAF campaign series, it could later go on with fighting against the Brtish, the Dutch, Australians and Americans.

I need to study some more sources, but the unit might be mostly 77 Sentai or 64 Sentai.

Its a good news for all japanese wings fanatics...like me.

I think there was only one fight MS406 vs ki27 (1er sentai) during Lang Son Incident.
I'm currently making a Khalkhin Gol japanese campaign too.

I am not sure, but anyway, the case is  I like semi-historical campaigns, because sticking to history at 100% could be boring. Of course, no one should expect to see a Lang Son incident campaign that would take 20 missions or so. BTW, this thing has already been portrayed from the French perspective: http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads3&file=details&id=126

It is one of my favourites.
