The atioglxx.dll from the ATI Catalyst 10.5 drivers. Put that in your main IL2 folder. The actual latest drivers 10.6 broke it again but as long as you have the 10.5 dll in there all is good.

  I am talk about DLL from 4.09 oficial path, for my sistem is the best and have fixed a lot of problems...
