I extracted the 00_PAL-MissionProCombo folder and placed it in MODS
I dont have Zuti MDS or Formation mod installed but do have
00_PAL6dofNormalMouse
00_PALMiniMapv2,4
I tried disabling these but it did not prevent the screen freeze.

I will experiment a bit more.

Check the last lines of your log.lst file. It could have some significant information.

In fact even not having a single extra * line for maps it should act the same way as the previous one.

I have enabled the DBW version again.
FMB seem to work ok -- I created a **Pacific** SubMenu successfully.

Exit to main menu and click on Quick Mission Builder still causes a screen freeze.

                           please capture your .last.quick file in the folder Quicks and post its contents here. Try deleting that file, I think that it's the responsible of your troubles. But I still have to know how to avoid in code that behaviour.

Deleted the file and restarted the game.
Screen still freezes when clicking on Quick Mission Builder.

Downloaded 2011.09.09 version for DBW and it worked great in FMB all day but in Pilot Career, when selecting 'Load' it freezes for a while before CTD.

Wish I'd kept the 2011.09.05 version.

So far it seems very good.
I stuck a (-) in front of the old one in the jsgemods folder in my DBW1.5, so that it wouldn't override it (just in case of problems)

It was a real pain finding some countries in the FMB (like Republican and Nationalist Spain and China)
Now, it's very easy.

                     my mistake.

  There was a class related to Campaigns that was not included in the release you mention. You were totally right. If you pasted the contents of the previous .rar over an old version it would have worked, because the other class file was present there, but if not, the behaviour you noticed was the rule.

  Ok, I have updated it in the posted .rar, and added a couple of touchups to the QMB, that now I think is more organized than ever before.

  GENERAL ADVICE FOR EVERYBODY: REMOVE YOUR PREVIOUS INSTALLATIONS OF ANY VERSION OF THIS MODs, AND ONLY AFTER THAT COPY THE WHOLE CONTENTS OF THE MOD TO YOUR MOD STRUCTURE!!!

  IF YOU USE TotalMODder, DELETE THE FOLDER CONTAINING THIS MOD, COPY THE NEW VERSION AND ACTIVATE THE PROFILE AGAIN!

  IF YOU USE JSGME: YOU SHOULD FIRST UNINSTALL IT FROM JSGME. BE POSITIVE THAT THERE IS NO ACTIVE 00_PAL-MissionProCombo FOLDER ANYWHERE. LATER REMOVE THE #DBW_MissionPro Combo by PAL FOLDER FROM jsgmemods, AND ONLY AFTER THAT, COPY THE NEW ONE. THEN INSTALL IT AGAIN WITH JSGME.



  All these pieces of advice are to avoid mixing old classes with new ones. Everything is stable, revised and no unneeded class is delivered in the last .rar dated 2011.09.09, so pay attention to use only these files.

I got so used to using the latest version in FMB, that going back to the pre-Sept version, felt like a real backward step.

This is a major improvement for we FMB users.

asheshouse, it's unclear(to me) from your logfile, and i've had a similar problem before. i would lose the menu and be left with just the background screen when clicking on QMB. it turned out to be a conflict with another mod, for the life of me can't remember right now, but keep in mind it could also be that.
which other mods have you got installed?

Great mod, I am looking forward to the latest incarnation, but for now I am having the exact same problem as Asheshouses describes. Blank screen with only background visible. DBW 1,6, no other mods.

Edit: I just restarted the game, and now it works. Didn't change anything. Hmmm...
