3.0 Forgotten Countries?

  How come no forgotten countries in 3.0?  I am absolutly loving this package but I miss having all the other countries.  Sorry if this has allready been brought up.  How can I add this to 3.0RC4?

Use search. If you don't mind about making online playing impossible, as am I, try in Dark Blue World section.
