In DBW when I edit any Quicks default  maps with:  Objects/vehicles/ Ger. Small Halftrack Column they won't shoot at me in DBW. 

When I used this column in other map scenarios the halftracks would stop, turn and fire when ever I got close to them...
now they just keep rolling along without firing... The next column in line is the halftrack AAA group & that one does not fire either.

This is not an DBW bug, but you could not know that perhaps. This is an issue come every second month the last 2 years  ::)

The War over Italy map will not let me save or or play a mission in FMB; when I press "save" in the "Saving Mission" window, the window disappears, and no file is created.  Of course I discover this after making a 24-plane flight of SM.79's...  >:(

Hi all!
I'm happy that Team Internationals Karelia map is part of DBW and UP packs.
However, unfortunally the version which is included is one of the beta's.
It works flawlessy, but when user choode perfect graphic-settings with forest= 3, no treea are visible.
I hope that it will be fixed with lates version, where this error is no more.

It is possible to add latest version manually, though.
Just unpack these files to  #DBW_1916/MapMods folder.

And add these lines to all.ini file, which you can find at same folder:

From the cockpit, the gun site does not appear at all in the P-40 E.

Not sure if this is a "bug" per se, but it is weird.  Since installing UP3.0 and DBW, fire effects on the ground look like a strange red miasma cloud, not so much like fire. 



This pic was taken flying over Malta during Monty27's excellent campaign, just after a flight of bombers went over the city.  The red clouds are over buildings that had just been bombed, so I am assuming they are supposed to be on fire.  I also noticed this effect in "the black death" track, when rockets are fired at stationary planes.  There's a fiery explosion, then red misty cloud afterwards.  I played with UP2.01 for a long time and don't remember fire looking like this.  I hadn't played for a number of months, DBW is what got me back into it, possible that it's always been this way and my memory sucks.  If this is just the way it is, are there any good fire mods out there to make it look... well... like fire? :D
YEP!

That is indeed fire raging across the section of docks at Valletta, having just been bombed with incendiaries.  The fire will burn there for the rest of the mission and in the next mission you will see the blackened damaged buildings where the fire was.  If you get a little closer it looks very effective.  But Il2 is about flying and the program cuts back on visual effects at a great distance in order to preserve performance.  Anyway, I like the effects, and thanks for taking the time to look at them.

I'm playing version 1.6 and I have a bug with the Bf-109G-2

On the Bf-109G-2 I cannot increase the Engine Power above 100%. All the other Bf-109 versions can still go to 110% just the Bf-109G-2 seems to be bugged.

No the Bf-109G-2 is identical to the G-1 only that it does not have the pressurized cockpit.
Also the G-4 differs from the G-2 only in different Wheels.

The fact that i cannot increase the power output over 100% is a Bug. Does anybody else have this problem?
