For what it's worth, this works great as a tool to randomize the GUI background image. Drop the 125 folders + the screen125.exe file into:

 "...\<Your IL-2 Folder>\#UP#\STD\Missions\" and run the .exe.

This is the UP 3.0 RC4 multiplayer connect screen with the new background image (resized smaller for display here)...


Now if I could only get it to do that for the game's splash screen, as intended...

Oh, I'm using straight UP 3.0 RC4, without the SAS Mod Activator (though I have the SAS Mod Activator installed, I rarely use it - ie: no SAS stuff in JSGME's right-side pane, only UP3.0)
