I really like these mission! I do have a question - a message comes up on the screen while in mission , eg. RedNoneN00 , "Rescap required at Grid AQ-19" - is there any way to disable that? My conf.ini has subtitles disabled.

I had the same thing in the blue scramble mission I used as a test.  ;D

Go into FMB and delete the Rescap object.
