Hi everyone.

Of course we are not against UP3, it is part ours after all. But we are against the lounge and tech help area filling up with countless repetitons of topics of the same questions and the same problems.

So, henceforth. UP3 topics are not allowed in the lounge or tech help boards without a very good reason, and even then, preferably by one of the SAS or UP admins.

There is a board Specifically for UP3 talk and help now:

https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/board,186.0.html

Go look there and in the UP download thread before asking your question, because it may have already been asked and answered.

Cheers

Sorry to say CirX I was probably one of those filling up the tech and lounge, but hey maybe this should have been anticipated and put in place sooner eh. ;)

There were a lot of things with UP 3 most of us didn't realise were completely different from previous releases, things we thought could or should have been part of UP 3 Weren't so we had to ask the questions somewhere.

Maybe a better explanation of what was and wasn't possible may have saved all the clutter, as it was people were testing things as they should to give you feed back  and were finding all sorts of things they thought were wrong that turned out to be as you intended, the readme at UP didn't mention things like not being able to add aircraft we thought would be ok, hence all the repetative posts and confusion.

Up 3 is superb by the way, but not withoput problems as you have now found out through all those posts. ;)

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D
