Not the Burma Upper...that was earlier in the thread...the BU is my original all-in-one Burma before it was split into Upper and Lower.

hi Fabian, in my XP with NVidia GTX 460 dual core your full Burma works like a charm!
It's really huge and I love to fly without (almost...) limits.
Going to make some tests but first, one more time, thanks!

I finally got this one going. I discovered that I was missing a few tga's.
One of them was a fsk_midland4.tga. I found this one in my old original 4.09 SAS IL2. The other one was a fsk_country_mount.tga. Coundn't find this one, but I found a "sk_country_mount.tga" in the same location. I just renamed it to "fsk", and the map fired up.
(these tga's go into "tex/land/summer"

The map is pretty empty. only one non-usable airfield, but I managed to get airborne flying off of one of the rivers, in a A6M float plane. The rivers are full of trees, so you have to be very careful taking off. (one time I hit something invisible, and ripped off my floats)

I also noticed that something is wrong with the river level. When starting, the floats are above the water level.
Besides that problem, (and the lack of airfields) I really like this map.

The map was pretty raw....just a bit of the road/rail thrown on from the Lower Burma map,,,, but workable :)

Raw, but good.
Were my eyes misleading me, or is the river level off a little??
