CV-59 USS Forrestal information needed!

I need blueprints for this ship and more importantly cross sections of the ship which is the problem I'm faced with right now. With a little help from you guys we will have IL2's first supercarrier ;)



I have that image which I'm using right now but as I said the cross sections of the ship are important and I'm struggling to find any... It's possible without but 1000x harder... so if any of you have information on this that would be great. Please ignore the fact that this side image only goes to the waterline, I have the bottom half under the waterline from another view.

I don't need any technical information such as performance figures just visual resources for the model.

I believe the US National Archives has a cross section of the hull.

That sounds pretty cool, Raptor! Any chance we'll get the angle-deck versions of Essex class carriers as well? I work on the Intrepid if you need blueprints. As a matter of fact, I can ask our aircraft guy if he has any resources on Forrestal as well.

Thanks mate, if you can get those cross sections of the hull that would be great. Doing this by eye which I attempted earlier is an absolute nightmare :S

my second link is the book just for "free" ... but just like i said no blueprints ... found another book "Lock On No. 14 - USS Forrestal "Gateway to the Danger Zone" but it hasnt any blueprints aswell
