CloD Vickers Wellington
« on: April 11, 2011, 07:18:38 PM »

It is amazing to see the positive-ness and belief of  members of the 1C forum that the problems of Clod will be sorted out. It is actually admirable to see this faith in MG's work.

Anyway here a short vid on the CloD Wellington showing some features and DM's:

Love the detail of graphics even as this is an AI plane.:)

No engine sounds as I recorded at 1/4 game speed.

Hope to make a series of these:)

Great vid there, it will be an amazing game once we can all run it like that.

The game looks beautiful 4 people that can run it.
4 me though, the idea of spending 1000s for a new computer
to fight the BoB ad infinitum is a non-starter.
I guess I'll wait a few years until other theaters are included.

Love it but i have to say im fed up with watching videos for ClOD..

the game looks nothing like this nor does it run like that...the only thing that looks good in my version of ClOD is the flight models and the pits...forget the scenery...and the grass? lmao

nice vid though

My Clod is running preatty smooth but it tend sometimes not to respond to my throttle, canopy open, and so on. The lack of missions and flyable Ac`s bugger me more  :-X

People,
can you offer some advice about how to tweak this game?

I'm running it in my Dual Core 8400 with 4Gb and a decent ATI DDR5 card and it is unplayable.

I added the kegettys modactivator, etc., but it is a dissaster. At least Birds of Prey, with its many realism problems was much better regarding graphical ang gaming performance.

What a hell is required to make Cliffs of Dover operate decently?

  Thanks.
