Hi Docholiday
your great pic of the Lib & FW200 reminds me of an old chap I knew well, ~40 years ago.
He was a navigator on Sunderlands over the Atlantic, and told me this:
They were heading for home over the Bay of Biscay, after a long patrol, &  there they encountered  a Condor!
Like a couple of wary heavyweights, the two big aircraft circled each other at some distance.
Both fired off a few desultory shots, but neither was willing [or able?] to engage in a "dog-fight" !
I guess : -  fuel was getting low, and home was still a long way off.
So,eventually each of them just continued on its way.
Not a dramatic story at all - but one with a certain atmosphere...

The D model no longer crash if you look in bombsight, is it possible to fix this on this bird please. It is my favorite hobby to cripple ships with this

Thanks, this is a very nice variant of the airframe works well with CY's Command & Control mod, is there plans to put in a spot light ? ( landing light button ) for those night time strolls through submarine infested waters ?  ;D

- Note : you need the B-17 cockpit mod by ranwers to get 'er going.

I misplaced my pallete set so i just eyeballed the "blue bits" she came out with a slightly darker tint.

HOwdy,

Are there any updates for this MOD?  I have installed it, read the entire thread, @ UP3RC4 (which means Skyraiders are a part of the pack, so not sure how I can remedy that.).  IL-2 loads, and I can see the Liberator in the "Arming" section, I get all the loadouts, with rockets and all.  When I load the QMB mission, the mission loads at 100%, then IL-2 crashes...

Anyone experienced this?  I saw an earlier reply that mentioned cured some problems, but it did not have any links.

In anyway, if anyone knows what could be causing this (I have plenty of memory, and I don't have that many mods... other mods work very well)

Help me Obi One Kenobi... you are my only hope.

I don`t know why You have this bug ! In my DBW 1.7 all runs fine.

Th easyest solution would be to open the hier.him with  an Text.editor and delete the whole block for   radom.msh   (its on the end of the hier.him)

This delets the chin radom.

But now I learned to skin things and I plan to skin the radom and the winglets ib the future.

Cheers

3.The position bomber (Shift + F1) freezes the game (I have the same freezing problem for the position of bombardier in the B-24D!)
I know of this problem, but it will not affect the game. simply cycle to another cockpit and you good to go. This problem is being looked at as well. The freeze up means that it cant find the bombsight.

3.
I solved this problem by incorporating the code of the B-24JMod.
The position bomber working correctly now for the B-24D and GR.V! ;)

Thank you for your work !

Epervier: thanks for your advice. I have done the change of code in two classes and all works fine for the bombardier for both the GRV and the D.

Best regards.
