using navigation beacon&radio

Hi guys! new guy here! can anyone explain how to use the navigational beacon,radio and Lorenz procedure in both QMB and FBM?

It is quite simple as I understand it, and used it i put 1 beacon on a waypoin and blind aproach  in the front of runway turning it as red/ green arrow shows. Not really tryed it a lot but as I understand it you need to set realistic nav off
