Great news, I've used many of his excellent templates for my skins!

Shooter makes stunning things with Photoshop and his skins files are pure wonders.

I also often use his gorgerous internals in some of my templates.
But, and it is just a personnal opinion, Shooter makes his skins like artwork profiles with enhanced lighting and shadows effects and don't takes in account the lighting effects the game produces itself. Some times the result is a bit disapointing.

Let be clear. I don't want to disconsider Shooter's work wich is actually excellent.
I'm just comparing differents way of considering how to make a skin ...
It is my conviction that lighting effects should be handdled by the game (eventhough they are not as good as we could wish) and not be "forced" on the skin file.
Nevertheless each skinner has (and MUST have) his own style that makes his skins unique and provide the community with the larger choice as possible.
The most important thing is that skinners help each other to improve their own work in order to provide still better skins to the community.
