i've tested on a few more airfields, and have added friction values at the locations which could use it most.
although all airfields were tested for takeoffs, i don't think we tested for the multiplayer aspect of the map - so, although planes spawn correctly in offline missions/campaigns, they might spawn on a slight gradient with some airfields in the multiplayer game.
these airfields will be adjusted to fix this in an update.
in the meantime, here are the friction entries that i've included.
just add this bit at the end of the SNARK load.ini :
